Hi! I’m John, and I’ve been involved in the real estate industry for many years. I started as a contractor, servicing foreclosures and adding curb appeal to properties for sale on behalf of the agents representing them. I provided cleanout services and property maintenance, and worked alongside real estate professionals and learning the ins and outs of real estate. Little did I know at the time that all the experience I gained would help me when I would become an agent myself!
As it says above, I put the “REAL” in REALTOR®. This is my full time career, but I’m not going to show up in a fancy suit and talk down to you. I’m a homeowner and a friend, and I’m interested in giving you the best possible experience in the home sale or purchase process!
As a professional photographer, it’s important to have the right equipment to showcase real estate to its full potential. I’ve been doing this for several years and specialize in real estate photography. Doing my own work, rather than outsourcing, gives a huge advantage to the client as I provide more flexibility in photography instead of just offering a “standard” photography package. I work with my clients to give them the highest priority in photo shoots, and it’s at no cost to me or my client.
I became an FAA licensed drone pilot in 2019. My vision at that time was to use my photo and video editing abilities to fly professionally, and I was successful in creating promotional materials for real estate agents and other companies who could benefit from aerially-shot media. Now, as a real estate agent myself I certainly don’t make promotional videos for other agents anymore, but I do fly for my own clients. Listing photos are the obvious, but sometimes when someone is purchasing a home and would like a better view of the property or in some cases the condition of the roof, I can fly up and take high-quality photos and shoot them right to the client’s phone so they can have a personal bird’s eye view of what they need to see!
Virtual walkthroughs are another service I offer to my clients at no cost. I take a series of 360 degree 3D scans of every room and create a computer model of the home. Potential buyers can then explore the whole house at their own pace, from the comfort of their home computer or mobile device. This gives a buyer a much better idea of the space and can help “make or break” a sale without an actual showing!
